Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Let's face it. Pregnancy and birth are unparalleled physical human achievements.  But that does not mean you are doomed to a life of discomfort. No matter how you gave birth, you deserve to feel healthy and strong in order to raise your baby. I am here to make that happen. 


For the pregnant client I address: 

  • Low back and hip pain 

  • Pelvic pain 

  • Neck and shoulder pain 

  • Incontinence 

  • Preparing for birth 

  • Core strength and prevention of DRA

  • Decrease risk of tearing during birth

  • Early postpartum rehabilitation 

I also offer pregnancy preparatory services for those who are looking to become pregnant. Strengthening the core as much as possible prior to pregnancy can help decrease the risk of pain and increase function throughout your pregnancy. 


Postpartum and Lactation

For the postpartum client I address: 

  • Abdominal separation

  • Scar tissue 

  • Incontinence

  • Bladder pain

  • Pain with sex 

  • Prolapse

  • Bloating and constipation 

  • Pelvic Pain 

  • Low back and hip pain 

  • Clogged ducts 

  • Shoulder and neck pain 

I also offer guidance and graded exercise programs for the postpartum client looking to safely return to physical activity and exercise.
